Valentine's Projects

I still haven't come up with the perfect idea for Elle's Valentines yet though... have you made or seen anything creative and fun for a 5 year old's class Valentines?

I just posted about some watercolor valentines I made - these could be a fun kids project if you think painting the valentine shape wouldn't be too hard for her! (maybe it would be easier if you penciled a heart shape for her to follow). http://needleandspatula.blogspot.com/2011/01/handpainted-watercolor-valentines-cards.html

What about those cute paper finger puzzles kids make? The ones they fold and put their fingers- you could write cute little hidden messages under the folds.

How about origami joke valentines? If you can muster through the instructions.. I think they turned out really darn cute! Can't wait to see what you make... that note jar is adorable!
